My qualifications include a B.Ed (Music) and a 200 hour in-depth Dru Yoga Teacher training.Dru Yoga is affiliated to The International Yoga Alliance and the Register of Independent Yoga Teachers.

Since completing my training in December 2010 I have continued my professional development and training with many different teachers of international renown, including workshops led by Liz Lark, David Procyshyn, Daniel Head & Cecily Milne of Yoga Detour.

In May 2015 I completed a 50 hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training with J.Brown at Studio Yin Helsinki.

Apart from my 5 weekly open classes I teach a weekly corporate yoga session at Marketing Punch, Stonehouse.
