Strict Covid-19 regulations in place including 2m mat spacing, using own equipment, hand santiser provided on entry, extra cleaning before and after each session, large and airy halls to keep us all safe as we move. £10 per class payable in advance for the 6 week term = £60. BOOKING ESSENTIAL

My aim is to offer friendly and welcoming classes open to both men and women of all abilities, ages,shapes & sizes.
Never think you are not flexible enough to do yoga! The more inflexible you are, the more you need it. You will be encouraged to progress at your own pace, moving as gently as you like or going for the full challenge! With regular attendance,you will soon start to feel the far-reaching effects on both your body and your mind. The style of yoga I teach is Flow Yoga (moving fluidly from one pose to another synchronising breath with movement) combined with some longer 'held' poses to target the connective tissues in our hips, pelvis and lower spine.
